Your Role
* Full-time position based in Cardiff; involves travel to various locations.

The Truck Driver will report to the Regional Transport Manager. Responsibilities include collecting donated goods from donors and collection points, and delivering stock to Vinnies shops and the community. The role requires good interpersonal skills, physical ability to lift goods safely, and a solid understanding of safety and security standards in transport and warehousing. Licences required are MR or HR, and LF.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods and donations.
* Follow transportation policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Adhere to WHS standards relevant to warehouse and transport operations.
* Maintain security of Vinnies assets, including goods, equipment, and vehicles.
* Report any vehicle damages following standard procedures.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Report changes to your driver’s license or capacity to operate equipment.
What You Need
* Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
* Empathy skills for working with donors and clients.
* Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift goods safely.
* Teamwork skills.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work with diverse groups, including employees and volunteers.
* MR or HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence.
