Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing multiple refurbishment projects across the UK (predominantly hotels & leisure).

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project resources effectively.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Leading client communication and maintaining strong relationships.

Driving health & safety compliance across all projects.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within refurbishment or fit-out (hotels/leisure preferred).

Strong track record of delivering multi-million-pound projects.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ability to travel regularly to sites across the UK.
