Achieve Professionals are proud to be representing a progressive and modern London-based law firm that is redefining what it means to work in private practice. The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join their expanding property team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
* Advise on sales, purchases, remortgages, and new build transactions.
* Draft and review contracts, title documents, and reports.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and agents to progress transactions efficiently.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory obligations and firm policies.
* Support junior colleagues and contribute to wider departmental growth.
* Participate in business development and networking initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in developing the firm’s brand and services.

* Competitive base salary of £60,000 – £67,500

Essential Requirements:
* 3–5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate Law
* Strong technical ability across the full conveyancing lifecycle
* Experience handling new build matters is highly advantageous.
