About the Role
You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing while helping individuals achieve their goals. You will mentor and support staff, take responsibility for shift planning, supervise team members, and contribute to the smooth running of the service. You will build strong relationships with individuals, families and external professionals, championing inclusion and community participation.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting people with disabilities, including autistic people, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of autism, safeguarding, and relevant legislative or regulatory frameworks, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
* A positive role model with strong organisational skills, able to support staff development and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Hours and Patterns
This is a full‑time position of 37 hours per week. Working patterns will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend work. Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred.
