Business Intelligence Manager – Pharmaceuticals & Dermocosmetics

A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support its UK & Ireland operations. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across commercial, medical, and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement BI strategies aligned with business goals
* Ensure data source integrity, accuracy, and governance across all BI solutions
* Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
* Lead revenue and supply forecasting, ensuring robust planning processes
* Evaluate the potential of new assets and deliver recommendation reports
* Collaborate with brand teams to inform and support omnichannel customer engagement plans
* Support digital marketing strategy development with data-driven insights
* Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) in partnership with sales managers and business unit directors, optimizing use of OCE and Tableau
* Develop and enforce data governance and security policies
* Manage the UK & Ireland microsite and ensure its strategic alignment
* Act as the AI Ambassador, guiding teams in integrating AI into daily operations
* Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting systems
What You Bring
* Experience in both Rx and dermocosmetic sectors (essential)
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Confidence to present insights—even when they challenge expectations
* Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and CRM tools
* Knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical (and dermocosmetic markets would be an advantage) and ABPI Code
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
* A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
