Senior Management Accountant
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to A GBP 55,000 per annum

The Senior Management Accountant will play a key role in providing accurate financial reporting, valuable insights, and strong business support to help drive performance across the organisation.
The Role of the Senior Management Accountant
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, balance sheet, costing, forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Deliver clear and insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Work closely with the business teams to support performance and improve efficiency
* Manage cashflow and cashflow forecasting
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements where required
* VAT Return submissions
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Management Accountant
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non:financial stakeholders
* Detail:oriented with strong analytical and problem:solving skills
* Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
