Job Title: Team Coordinator
About the Role: You will work closely with our Programme Management team and Resource Manager to coordinate staff trackers, resource forecasts, timesheets, and training records. Your responsibilities include maintaining security registers, supporting recruitment, and organizing training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update staff trackers and forecasts to align resources with project demands.
2. Monitor and review timesheets, managing leave, absences, and diary availability.
3. Collaborate with the Security Manager to maintain the SAL (Security Authorised List) register.
4. Work with Line Managers to identify training needs and organize sessions/workshops.
5. Keep accurate training records, including certifications and compliance evaluations.
6. Generate reports on staffing metrics, recruitment, and team performance.
7. Suggest improvements to processes and team efficiency.
8. Support Lessons for Excellence (LFE) activities to capture and share project learnings.

Qualifications:
* Experience in resource coordination, HR, or project support.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively.
