We are currently seeking a Procurement Administration Assistant to join the Purchasing team. This is a part-time role, 18 hours per week, with flexibility for hours worked. Some hybrid/remote working also possible.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Procurement Administration
* Raise purchase orders for low-value and repeat purchases as requested
* Process office supply orders and routine purchasing requirements
* Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
* Support contract filing and document management processes
* Assist with invoice query resolution and supplier follow-up
* Ensure procurement systems and databases are kept up to date
Supplier Administration
* Coordinate supplier on-boarding administration
* Manage supplier forms, compliance documentation, and records
* Support supplier information updates and data accuracy
