Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) / Experienced Teaching Assistants We are seeking skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants, or experienced Teaching Assistants, to join our dedicated team in a specialist primary setting in Poole. This role is ideal for practitioners who are comfortable delivering lessons, supporting learning independently and covering teacher absence when required. A formal HLTA qualification is not essential — we welcome applications from experienced TAs who can demonstrate relevant classroom experience and the ability to lead learning.
