Salary: £57,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Active SC Security Clearance that has been used on a project within the past 12 months Strong experience in Financial or Regulatory environments, specifically Banking and Payments Proficient in Business Analysis requirements and management, process mapping, and data management principles (including data mapping and analysis) Experience in Product Management is strongly desirable Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle with practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Ability to coach teams on Agile principles Skilled in developing and using operating models and business processes, including BPMN 2.0 Expertise in analysing, communicating, and documenting business and solution requirements using various BA techniques (i.e. process models, wireframes, use cases, data models) Experience producing high-quality outputs from high-level concepts to detailed specifications, including both functional and technical artefacts Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders up to senior management level Responsibilities: Carry out impact assessments for proposed changes to systems and processes, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential business impacts Conduct thorough analysis and management of Business Analysis requirements Develop and implement process mapping and data management principles Create high-quality outputs from high-level concepts to detailed specifications Lead stakeholder engagement, fostering constructive working relationships across the organization Coach teams on Agile principles and methodologies Technologies: BPMN Security More: We are a leading global IT and Digital transformation business specializing in delivering large-scale Government projects.
