Role Purpose
As we continue to grow here at Co‑op Live and gear up for an impeccable line up of events, we’re looking for a detail‑driven Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 6‑month fixed term contract (3 days per week).
Responsibilities
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll be the go‑to person ensuring our talented permanent staff and casual crew are paid accurately and on time, and that their benefits run seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end‑to‑end payroll processing for our fast‑moving team here at the Arena
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll and benefits administration
* Acting as a trusted advisor for all payroll‑related queries
* Partnering with our People & Culture Manager to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
* Supporting the rollout of new benefits and initiatives as we continue to elevate our culture

Salary: Up to £32,000 Pro Rata + Benefits

* Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things just right
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, team‑oriented mindset – you love making things smoother, simpler, and smarter
* An all‑round team player, you’ll be able to collaborate with teams and staff here at Co‑op Live, providing excellent customer service
