Social Media Manager Threesixty Brands - London (Hybrid)


About the Role

We're looking for a creative, platform-native Social Media Manager to join the Threesixty team. This is the defining social media role within our business; you'll own the function end-to-end, setting the standard for how we show up on social across a portfolio of DTC and omnichannel consumer brands.

You'll be responsible for strategy, content creation, community management and performance reporting, working closely with our Paid Media, CRM and Creative teams to ensure social is always aligned, always on-brand and always driving value.

This is a role for someone ready to step up and make it their own, bringing structure, creativity and commercial awareness to a function with real room to grow.


What You'll Do

* Own organic social strategy across a portfolio of DTC and omnichannel brands
* Work alongside senior stakeholders to deliver commercially aligned, social storytelling
* Build and maintain monthly content calendars across multi-channel distribution
* Plan and execute social campaigns from concept through to publish, aligned to product launches, promotional periods and growth objectives
* Ensure social activity supports broader paid media, CRM and brand strategy
* Bring structure and accountability to calendar planning and approval timelines


Content Creation & Curation

* Lead the creative concept and direction of social-first content across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, working in close collaboration with our in-house Creative team
* Brief designers, editors and production resource clearly and confidently, translating social strategy into actionable creative direction
* Translate trends and cultural insights into platform-native, brand-aligned content concepts
* Write engaging, conversion-aware copy across captions, campaigns and reactive moments
* Develop detailed social shot lists and content briefs to guide shoots and production
* Be hands-on where needed, comfortable capturing and editing content independently when speed or agility calls for it
* Curate UGC, creator and community content to strengthen authenticity and trust
* Manage daily publishing, scheduling and channel hygiene across all accounts
* Handle community engagement and maintain a consistent tone of voice
* Spot opportunities for reactive and culturally relevant content
* Maintain a premium, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints


Influencer & Paid Integration

* Lead influencer and creator partnership activity aligned to DTC growth objectives
* Work closely with Paid Media Managers to ensure organic and paid social strategies complement one another
* Identify content formats suitable for paid amplification
* Own ambassador and partnership campaigns across relevant platforms


Performance & Reporting

* Track engagement, reach, growth and assisted revenue metrics
* Deliver clear, insight-led reporting with strategic recommendations
* Use data, social listening and performance insights to refine creative direction
* Identify themes, hooks and formats that can scale across channels
* Demonstrate how organic social contributes to broader commercial objectives


What We're Looking For

* 4-5 years of experience in social media and content creation, agency-side or in-house
* Comfortable owning a function independently, you don't need day-to-day direction to stay on track
* A hands-on content creator, comfortable shooting still and video on iPhone or DSLR, with strong editing skills across relevant platforms
* A platform native who understands, TikTok and Meta inside out
* Commercially aware, you know the difference between content that looks good and content that performs
* A confident copywriter, able to adapt to different brand voices across captions, scripts and community management
* Data-literate and insight-led, comfortable using performance metrics to refine ideas and iterate creative
* Curious about emerging tools and formats, including AI and evolving content workflows
* Proactive, organised and accountable, you take ownership and hold yourself to a high standard
