We’re looking for a commercially savvy, forward-thinking, Senior Data Analyst to join our Strategy & Insight team, helping to unlock meaningful insights across our hospitality brands.
In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations and Commercial to deliver data-driven recommendations that shape strategic decisions with a knack for orchestrating compelling data stories.

Own and maintain the architecture and structure within our Power BI reporting suite.
• Deliver actionable insights across guest behaviour, bookings, and experience touchpoints — using data to influence everything from loyalty engagement to product launches.
• Set the framework for analysing and optimising campaigns, product offering, gaming statistics, CRM journeys and loyalty initiatives across Flight Club and Electric Shuffle.
• Collaborate with key teams to define data frameworks for tracking KPIs and performance and build self-serve dashboards that inform smarter decisions allowing teams to remain agile.
Build and refine insight-led models that support activities such as forecasting, segmentation, retention, predictive visit analytics, and guest lifetime value analysis.
• Support market intelligence and site performance by uncovering patterns in market data and venue analytics.
• Mentor junior analysts and partner with engineers to ensure reliable, consistent data
Data Stewardship & System Knowledge:
• Champion clean, structured data – identifying key business information required for
analysis and support the business process to manage this.
• platforms like POS, CRM, booking and loyalty platforms.
• Proactively identify and provide solutions for data quality issues and improve how
5+ years' experience in analytics, with a strong focus on customer insight, commercial impact, and stakeholder communication, ideally from retail or hospitality sectors.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, data model optimisation, and workspace management.
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of databricks, dbt and fabric.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality systems, booking flows, CRM and loyalty platforms — and how they power the guest journey.
• Experience in multi-site or international hospitality brands.
• Python, R, or other data science tools for modelling or automation.
• Creation of predictive algorithms/models using demand and supply data.
