Flamingo Land Resort is located on 375 acres of North Yorkshire countryside. We are recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for our Food, Beverage and Hospitality Teams.

Essential Skills & Knowledge
* Strong guest service skills.

* Knowledge of stock ordering and kitchen management.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
* Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
* Lead the restaurant team and manage daily operations.
* Report relevant information to the line manager.
* Handle difficult circumstances and pass on issues to managers as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines and laws.
* Complete and file relevant paperwork with line manager assistance.
* Cash up and manage end‑of‑day procedures.
* Keep the work area clean, tidy and aligned with company expectations.

Hours & Availability
Seasonal roles are available full‑time (up to 40 hours per week) and part‑time (16‑24 hours per week during term time). Peak trading days include weekends, holidays and bank holidays, requiring flexibility and availability.
Transport & Accommodation
On‑site free parking is provided. Local bus links to Malton, York, Pickering & Thornton Dale are available via Coastliner. We do not provide on‑site staff accommodation, but there is a range of local accommodation providers.
