LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT in EYFS from September 2025
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant for a full time role (preferred, part time considered), term time only, working with children in EYFS.
Good literacy and numeracy skills, a positive approach, patience and a sense of humour are essential for all posts within the school. Experience of working with a variety of needs including ASC would be beneficial.
Job Salary : The salary for the position is £23,996- £24,950 FTE pro rata (Bucks Pay ISN6-10) depending on experience. Term Time Only

About the role
PURPOSE OF THE POST:
To work under the instruction and guidance of teaching and senior staff, undertaking work/care/support programs in order to maximise academic and personal development of pupils. To enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
