We are looking for a highly motivated HR Shared Service Assistant (Recruitment) to support our recruitment processes. You will provide administrative, transactional, and operational support, ensuring data accuracy and delivering high‑quality service to stakeholders. You will work within the HR Customer Service Centre and support Oracle Guided Learning.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in customer service.
* Understanding of data and analytics, emphasising accuracy and timeliness.
