£25,000 base + uncapped commission
£30-35,000+ OTE in first year

What You'll Be Doing
* Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
* Growing your niche market within engineering, specialing in the German market
* Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
* Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)
