A little bit about the role…
The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager and the extended team in coordinating all photography and videography requirements for the business. This role plays a crucial part in managing media assets and fostering seamless collaboration across different platforms and role is full time and day to day responsibilities include;
7. Assisting the Production Manager with all photoshoot requirements to ensure quality imagery is delivered within key deadlines.
8. Working collaboratively with the Production Manager and wider teams to ensure that all product and sample requirements for photography ordered and delivered on time with the relevant information.
9. Ensuring that all product is shot correctly and meets expectations.
10. Reviewing shots and providing feedback to the Production Manager and Creative Teams for approval.
11. Ensuring final image files are uploaded and delivered within deadlines.
12. Management and administration of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library: Uploading and monitoring of digital assets for all product and campaign photography.
13. Assisting in monitoring shot volumes and advising the Production Manager and Photography Studio of any issues. Collating, barcoding and tagging all sample product prior to going into studio.
14. Assisting with the coordination of location photography/video production.
15. Styling knowledge of product for studio product photography.
16. Assisting with studio and video bookings on behalf of the Creative Team.
17. Assisting the Creative Team with any adhoc studio or location requests.
18. Basic Photoshop retouching as and when required.
What we are looking for…
The ideal candidate should showcase exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and creative problem-solving abilities. This versatile position encompasses creative, technical, and administrative responsibilities and skills that contribute to the development of our compelling visual language. You will have experience in editorial development, publishing, or photo production and experience with production for digital platforms and familiarity with multimedia ethics. And above all
