Role
You will report to the Commercial Director and manage a portfolio of the largest and most strategic relationships. You will lead a small team of Account Managers and implement joint growth plans to create long‑term mutual growth. This hybrid role is based at our London HQ with flexible work from home options.
What You'll Be Doing
* Implement the jointly agreed growth plans for your portfolio of restaurant partners.
* Deliver best‑in‑class account management that drives mutual goals.
* Track plan implementation, control expenditure and identify in‑flight interventions to course‑correct under‑performance.
* Establish multi‑functional relationships to be the preferred delivery operator.
* Lead contract negotiation and renewal to unlock mutual value.
* Support Deliveroo's business leaders in shaping long‑term commercial strategy and partner value proposition.
Requirements
* Proven commercial skill set with a track record of revenue growth in account‑facing roles.
* Ability to define and execute B2B partner‑focused plans and solve complex problems.
* Strong negotiation skills adaptable to all levels and situations.
* Experience managing complex partners or portfolios, including high‑value commercial negotiations.
