1. Own and drive two critical workstreams with clear objectives, success metrics, and delivery plans.
2. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Learning & Capability Building
1. Create learning pathways that support technical, behavioral, and leadership development.
2. Partner with L&D teams to curate or create engaging content and tools.
Leadership & Managerial Excellence
1. Develop initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness and equip managers to lead high-performing, engaged teams through change and ambiguity.
Change Management & Communication
1. Support change efforts and develop communication plans to engage employees and leaders in the transformation journey.
Qualifications and experience required include proven expertise in talent development, leadership development, or organizational development, preferably within a tech or transformation context. Strong program management skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for people development are essential.
