Role
* Head of HR / Senior HR Manager position within a manufacturing setting
* 3-4 days per week on-site in Northamptonshire
* Ownership of labour planning and workforce coverage
* Lead recruitment and retention strategies
* Optimise shift patterns and workforce structure
* Drive training and development initiatives across the site
* Oversee performance management processes
* Manage HR administration (payroll coordination, appraisals, goal setting)
* Play a key role in developing and embedding culture
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior HR role within FMCG, manufacturing, or similar
* Strong expertise in workforce planning and employee relations
* Ability to operate both strategically and in a hands-on capacity
* Track record of improving retention and driving performance
* Experience supporting and influencing leadership teams
* Highly organised, pragmatic, and confident in a fast-moving environment
