AbouttheRole

P4RecruitmentislookingforexperiencedandcompassionateSupportWorkerstoprovidetemporarywithinhostelsacrossLiverpool.Youwilldeliverahigh-quality,accommodation-basedserviceforindividualswithcomplexneeds,includinghomelessness,mentalhealthchallenges,andsubstancemisuse.

KeyResponsibilities

* Carryoutriskassessmentsanddevelopeffectiveriskmanagementplans.
* Assessnewclientsforsuitabilityandprovidecrisissupportwhenneeded.
* Adviseonwelfarebenefits,housing,andhomelessnesslegislation.
* Developclient-ledsupportplanstohelpachieveshort-andlong-termgoals.
* Makereferralsandassistclientsinaccessinghealth,education,employment,andcommunityservices.
* Promoteresidentinvolvementanddeliverone-to-oneandgroupinterventions.
* Ensurecompliancewithsafeguarding,confidentiality,anddataprotectionprotocols.
* Maintainaccuraterecordsandsupportfacilitymanagement,includingsafetychecksandroominspections.
