Key Responsibilities Of The Management Accountant
* Support business planning, forecasting, and operational finance reporting
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
* Assist with month‑end journals, reconciliations and financial reporting
* Carry out variance analysis and provide actionable financial insight
* Support operational and capital expenditure planning activitiesDeliver inventory reconciliations and fixed asset management support
* Conduct labour cost analysis and BOM cost analysis
* Support spend governance and supplier financial activities
* Develop financial models to support operational decision-making
* Work closely with international finance teams on forecasting activities
* Support business case preparation and strategic financial analysis
* Attend performance review meetings and present financial data to stakeholders
* Provide ad hoc statutory reporting support
Hours & Pay
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required to support USA operations)
Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
