Job Description:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children primarily aged 0-3 years, and occasionally up to age 11. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the well-being and development of the children, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
* Planning and implementing a balanced range of learning activities tailored to the diverse needs of the children.
* Maintaining health and hygiene standards within the nursery.
* Promoting positive relationships with parents and collaborating with other educational professionals.
* Upholding the nursery’s policies and procedures to ensure a supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be someone with a genuine passion for working with young children and the following qualifications and attributes:
* Relevant Nursery Assistant qualification (NVQ Level 2 or higher).
* Strong communication skills and a clear understanding of safeguarding practices.
* Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
