At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Torquay. As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager
* Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
* Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
* Maintain a central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
* Oversee customer service, ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner.
* Monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
* Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
* Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch.
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager.
* Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
* Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
* Good team player
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Good analytical ability
