As an Infrastructure Technology Project Support Officer you will be responsible for support with planning, managing and delivering infrastructure asset replacements in one of the following; cloud migration solutions; printer refresh; client hardware/software solutions.Environment: 3 days in the office in BradfordContract length: 9 months (will most likely be extended)Day rate: £250 inside IR35Responsibilities Work across the business but focusing on Infrastructure Services. Coordinating with IT and external partners to develop, agree and execute a detailed plan.Support the Project Manager with project planning, risks/issues management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, oversight of application, infrastructure, Service transition, support and business readiness. Form strong working relationships with Business and IT, matrix managing teams to ensure successful execution of the implementation. Support planning and executing cutover rehearsal and back out rehearsal activities.Key skills:Be an experienced Project Support Officer with a track record of delivery Have experience of large technology operations and asset refresh programmes Have experience of cloud software upgrades Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with Senior Management Strong reporting and data analysis and change management skillsExcellent spreadsheet skills (Google sheets preferred)
