Experienced M&E required on a permanent basis for a tier one contractor on a 10 year multi phase office development. About this Role: An experienced M&E Manager required to work with this busy Tier 1 main contractor who is well established with a solid pipeline of work on the West Coast. Candidates must ideally have UK main contractor experience of starting and delivering projects in excess of £50 million in the past ideally with mixed use or commercial experience and be able to manage initial design and planning issues as well as the more day to day management of the delivery for the subcontractor works to budget and programme. This project is expected to be on site for up to 10 years over multiple phases. Reporting to Senior / Project Manager on schemes. Excellent opportunity to work with and progress within this busy Tier 1 main contractor. About the Company/Client/Project: The contractor is the busy regional office of a larger main contractor group with roughly £100m annual turnover, and a proven track record in the delivery of medium sized new build and refurbishment schemes usually starting for £90m, working in sectors such as Mixed Use, Commercial & High Rise Residential Requirements: The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical knowledge, organisational skills, and good problem solving ability. Proven track record of work for a top twenty main contractor advantageous.
