Customer Experience Coordinator – Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to help us deliver seamless, positive, and memorable interactions for our customers. In this role, you'll support the customer experience team by managing data, streamlining service processes, and coordinating key touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within their CRM system.
* Act as a key contact point, connecting customers to the right internal teams quickly and effectively.
* Support with customer-facing content such as onboarding guides, FAQs, and presentations.
* Coordinate meetings, feedback sessions, and customer events, ensuring smooth delivery.
* Proactively suggest improvements to service processes and customer touchpoints.
* Handle customer queries and support requests when required, ensuring a responsive and helpful approach.

* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Tempo).
* An ability to spot opportunities for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
