Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Co-Ordinator on a permanent basis for our client, near Godalming, Surrey. You must have a valid UK license and own transport due to locations. This Logistics Co-ordinator is to ensure the smooth planning, and coordination of customer deliveries. You need to be detail orientated and process driven and committed to quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, managing customer communication, and ensuring delivery accuracy, working collaboratively with the warehouse, workshop, drivers, and customer service teams. The Logistics Co-ordinator role requires a person who is methodical, highly organised, and personable, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising route efficiency. Prior experience in logistics is advantageous, as the position demands a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* Experience in logistics, delivery planning, or related planning roles
* Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and IT literacy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Motivated, proactive, and excellent at problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a process-driven environment
