TheBid Writer will be part of a friendly collaborative and successfulbidding team who are great at multitasking have the ability to workwell under pressure meet tender submission deadlines and betweenthem generate high quality tender material for multiple contractsacross a variety ofsectors.
Asthe Bid Writer you willbe:
* Producinghigh scoring proposal content that meets with their clientsrequirements.
* Authoringtender responses to specific tender questions ensuring they are inline with the evaluation criteria (if provided) or with market bestpractice if criteria is notprovided.
* Reviewingexisting written material editing and amending as needed to improvethe overall quality of bids and to ensure their commitment tocontinuous improvement isachieved.
* Activelyseeking out high quality content from both internal and externalstakeholders to improve proposalquality.
* Supportingthe wider group network as needed arranging appointments sitevisits and meetings to ensure a detailed knowledge of eachopportunity.
* Creatingcase studies and testimonials using evidence of their success withexisting clients to clearly demonstrate to the client the benefitsof awarding contracts to thecompany.
* Deliveringcompleted written proposals within agreedtimelines.
* Creatingand maintaining both content and templates for their tenderlibrary.
* Stayingup to date with the latest trends and developments within theirsector.

Requirements
Tobe considered as the Bid Writer you willneed:
* Tohave a minimum of two years of writing experience (Bids SalesMarketing Content or Tender writing) with the ability to write froma sales and businessperspective.
* Tohave experience of working with tenders and/orreports.
* Experienceliaising with multiplestakeholders.
* Excellentattention to detail editing and proofreadingskills.
* Tobe an excellent written and verbalcommunicator.
* Theability to multitask and prioritise yourworkload.
* Excellenttime management and organisationalskills.
* Tothrive in a busy environment and be able to work on your owninitiative.
* Ahigh level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office iskey).
* Havea good working knowledge of Health and SafetyProcedures.

To be considered as the Bid Writer you will need: To have a minimumof two years of writing experience (Bids, Sales, Marketing, Contentor Tender writing) with the ability to write from a sales andbusiness perspective.
