Established in 1632, Sir John Leman High School is steeped in history and has produced many generations of well-educated young people.

We are looking to employ a talented, ambitious Teacher with a passion for Art to join our successful 11-18 year old mixed comprehensive high school; a school committed to delivering high quality, innovative learning experiences for its students; a school where results are strong at both GCSE and A Level. This position is suitable for ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and experienced teachers.
You will:
* Be an excellent classroom practitioner, including the ability to plan and monitor effective group work
* Have the capacity to maintain consistently high attainment through motivating and inspiring colleagues and students
* Have experience at KS3, KS4 and KS5
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues
* Ability to deploy a range of behaviour management strategies to maximise learning.
