Receptionist / Driver Broomfield Chelmsford - Out of Hours

Must hold a full, clean, manual UK driving license.

This role is an exciting blend of responsibilities:


Receptionist duties:

* Welcoming patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality.
* Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations.
* Youll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress.
* Ensuring 2 x way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations.
* Accurate record keeping

Driver duties:

* Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where theyll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.
* Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.
