Shop Manager Role
Commercially aware and constantly looking for new business opportunities, shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe, energetic work environment. They set high standards, drive results, and are accountable for business performance. As the only paid staff member on many Oxfam shops, they work closely with volunteers, delegating tasks and inspiring the team to attract supporters. The role is empowered, varied and busy, offering the chance to make a real difference.
