Shift: Rotating Morning / Afternoon (weekly rotation)
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:30
Pay: £14.22 per hour (£12.50 + shift allowance)
Contract: Full Time – Temp to Perm (No students)
We are looking for 3 experienced assembly operatives who can commit to a full-time role at a busy engineering company in Rugby.
This is light, delicate work in a cleanroom environment.
You will:
* Use microscopes
* Handle small quantities of chemicals
* Follow precise instructions
* Conduct quality checks
* Carefully handle ceramic products
Although full training on the company’s processes will be provided, it is essential that candidates:
* Live locally to Rugby
* Have previous experience in assembly work
* Are confident working with small, delicate components
