Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems (electronic, pneumatic, and electro‑mechanical).
* Calibrate and test instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and analytical devices.
* Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues to restore equipment functionality.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
* Participate in preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a manufacturing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, or utilities environment.
* Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and control systems.
* Ability to use diagnostic tools and calibration equipment.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
* CCNSG Safety Passport or equivalent.
