Job Summary
Join our dynamic and innovative team dedicated to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. As leaders in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, we strive to make a positive impact in our industry. We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in both coordination and HSE practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing service providers and external contractors, ensuring corporate facility operations run efficiently while maintaining compliance with SLB HSE standards and international frameworks such as ISO 45001.
Responsibilities and Duties
* 3-5 years of experience in facilities coordination and HSE practices with responsibilities that include:
* Managing service providers and external contractors
* Corporate facility operations including vendor coordination, building systems, and logistics
* Practical knowledge of SLB HSE standards and international frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001), HSE audits, and risk assessments
* Hands-on involvement in:
* Fire safety, evacuation, and emergency response coordination
* Preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve asset performance
* Sustainability initiatives or ESG data monitoring/reporting (waste, utilities, environmental data)
* Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Procurement, HR, Projects, and related teams
* SLB’s compliance, efficiency, and cost-optimization frameworks
* Engineering exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Civil building systems
* Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) / Environmental Health
* Environmental Science / Sustainability
* Business Administration with focus on operations or HSE
* Eligibility to work in the UK
