Ctrg are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work as a Compliance Co-ordinator for our client based in Leeds, LS25 6PJ Pay rate and typical working hours as a full time Compliance Co-ordinator: £15.38 per hour You will be working Monday to Friday No Weekends 12 hours shifts 3 days 6am start, 3 nights 6pm start then 2 days and 2 nights, rotating weekly Your role as a full time Compliance Co-Ordinator: Ensure effective communications with the factory team to ensure that any customer complaints are effectively investigated to ensure root cause and corrective actions are established Ensure that the factory team are involved and engaged with internal audits to ensure that they have accurate against customer codes of practice and legal requirements Communicate with external companies such as the external laboratories Good presentation skills to present trends and establishing site based improvements Ensure all internal audits are scheduled with the required guidelines for specific retailer codes of practice and BRC Ensure all corrective actions raised are followed up in the relevant time scales and a root cause is established Ensure that all validations are completed within the required guidelines Ensure effective Root Cause and Preventative Actions are completed Ensure accuracy of Paperwork Ensure that the internal systems are working to the best ability to ensure compliance but ensure efficiency Ensure attendance to Technical Review Meetings Key Accountabilities Cover for the QA Manager in their absence To ensure that the site has completed full GAP Analysis against relevant retailer codes of practice, and any Business to Business Customers, and to ensure implementation to the wider site of any new requirements. To ensure that full GAP Analysis is completed against the BRC Standard and ensure implementation of any GAPs with the wider team To ensure that all internal retailer audits (such as Tesco, Waitrose, M&S, BRC etc) are completed and any actions raised are closed out with relevant corrective actions, root cause analysis and preventative actions where needed To ensure that any Internal Audit documentation includes the most up to date version of the Customer or BRC Code of Practice. Continuous improvement and management of site compliance to ensure continued compliance to BRC and Retailer Standards Ensure that all retailer Non-Conformances are closed within the agree timescale with all supporting documents including Root Cause Analysis and Actions to prevent Re-occurrence To maintain the internal non-conformance system through Actions oniAuditor, this will include the following: Downloading all relevant data from the iAuditor Portal Sending out weekly reports with all of the data present Providing trending data to the wider business of actions which are reoccurring, whether that be by department or type To provide the relevant area manager with root cause and preventative action documentation where there are clear trends emerging. To provide the relevant area Manager with root cause and preventative action where there is an Action which is of High Risk to product. Ensure that all Actions are closed within the required timescale Attend meetings and present the Action Non-Conformance Data Create and Manage a GMP and Factory Internal Audit protocol onto the iAuditor System. Ensure that the system is fully compliant with BRC and Retailer Requirements and maximises impact improvement on the factory Complete regular GMP and Compliance Audits of the Factory, to include all relevant Factory GMP Standards and any areas of key Compliance i.e. Legal Weight and Allergen Requirements To maintain the site Internal Audit schedule: To ensure that all site Internal Audits are completed as per the agreed schedule To ensure that all site based audits (such as GMP, Glass and Plastic Audits and Fabrication Audits) are completed as per the schedule Complete Internal Audit Risk Assessments as per the Humdinger Review Requirements Generate the internal audit schedule based on Risk Assessment and BRC and Retailer Requirements on at least an annual basis Ensure anyone completing internal audits has internal audit training and are independent of the area being audited Ensure that any Non-Conformances are Logged, Trended and Resolved within the agreed timescales with Root Cause and Preventative Actions where needed Complete Site Internal Audits as per the schedule To Control and Manage the siteTACCP and Security Risk Assessments, this will include: Ensuring that the site TACCP Team is relevant and up to date Ensuring that the site TACCP and Security Risk Assessments are completed and up to date for the site activities and reviewed on at least an annual basis. All TACCP Training is in place To provide training to staff on the iAuditor System For all new Product SKU's the below must be completed: New iAuditor Templates for Packing Process Correct Line Standards for the Factory Operations Team Work with the NPD Manager to develop suitable QAS Documents Complete CCP Validations for ensure suitable test pieces per product Send off Brandbank Samples following a Product Launch Ensure that the site Line Standards and effectively Managed and Maintained, this will include: Any required updates to standards following any Product Launch Ensure that any copies in the Factory are the correct version Ensure that the Line Standard on iAuditor is the correct version and all details on the Line Standard matches that on iAuditor Participate in the company's improvement program Participate in Site based KPI Meetings to present all relevant KPI Data Generate the site's KPI Data including the monthly QFSI Dashboard for the business Board Report and any Site Based KPI Data, along with any Retailer KPI Dashboard Required For Customer complaints: Ensure action plans are established for specific or trending Complaints Ensure that all Complaints are fully investigated where needed, and ensure that all relevant departments are involved in the investigation process Hold action plan meetings for complaints to ensure that specific timescales are being managed and met Complete any site-specific projects which may come up throughout the year as deemed fit by the Technical Manager Complete relevant Standard Operating Systems (SOP's) for all new equipment or updating of equipment based on compliance ctrg has partnered up with the Company Shop, which will enable our staff and colleagues the opportunity to access their membership scheme free of charge.
