We are seeking a skilled Traveling Sunroom Installation Trainer/Carpenter to lead installation projects and train others. This full-year position involves outdoor work, travel up to 4 nights a week for 35 weeks annually, and indoor or covered environment work.
Responsibilities:
* Lead sunroom installation projects and mentor installers.
* Travel extensively, with overnight stays.
* Work in diverse environments, including outdoor, indoor, and covered structures.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in carpentry, roofing, or exterior home improvements; sunroom experience preferred.
* Knowledge of building codes, permits, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills for reporting and training.
* Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work on ladders and roofs up to 30 feet high.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Reside near Souderton, PA.
