As a Financial Analyst, you'll be part of a team that delivers accurate, timely financial reporting and insights to support global operations. The team work closely with site management teams, suppliers, and support offices to drive performance and enable informed decision-making.
In this role, you'll be at the centre of our financial processes, supporting everything from budgeting and forecasting to monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis. You'll take ownership of key tasks such as posting month-end accruals, reconciling revenue, and preparing insightful reporting packs. You'll also play a key part in maintaining robust internal controls and ensuring we're audit-ready.
You'll be the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders. Whether you're working with lab teams, support office departments, or third-party suppliers, you'll build strong relationships and be the first-person people reach out to for guidance and support.
We're looking for someone with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and solid experience in finance, who is either studying AAT or beginning CIMA or ACCA. You'll be comfortable working with detail, managing multiple priorities, and keeping things moving efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, so strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships will be key to keeping everything running smoothly.
