As a Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Reconciling bank accounts daily and managing all transactions
Posting purchase ledger invoices and processing supplier payments
Handling expense and mileage claims with accurate documentation
Producing weekly cash forecasts and monthly variance reports
Managing credit card statements and reconciling receipts
Chasing outstanding customer payments and resolving queries
As a Finance Administrator, your experience will include:
Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role ideally within in a manufacturing/ engineering setting
Understanding and previous experience processing daily account e.g. bank reconciliation, purchase ledger, month end processes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and suppliers
