The Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children’s development through curiosity‑led practice.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
* Passion for child‑led learning and natural learning environments
* Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated approach to working with children
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Full DBS check required for successful applicants
* Previous childcare experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain inspiring, natural learning environments using authentic and open‑ended resources
* Lead and encourage outdoor learning and play experiences
* Observe, assess, and support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
* Foster children’s independence, confidence, and love of learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents and carers
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
