Heating & Cooling Specialist (HVAC Outside Sales)

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Heating & Cooling Specialist to drive sales revenue for our residential heating & cooling business. This is a residential HVAC sales position.
ZERO COLD CALLING — We supply all your leads! PAID training provided. This opportunity offers over $150K income potential!
Responsibilities
* Travel to customers’ homes to sell heating and cooling equipment and secure orders or contracts for services paid by customers
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful installation
* Educate homeowners on the benefits of upgrading or installing HVAC systems
* Achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements
* 1-3 years of residential HVAC outside sales experience
* Proficiency with computers; experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently outside of an office environment
* Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
