The Company
This is a high-growth tech recruitment agency with a strong presence across the UK and Europe, specialising in contract placements within Cyber, Java, Software Development, C#, .Net, and Business Change & Transformation.
The Manchester office is expanding rapidly, with a current team of 10 recruiters and ambitious plans for growth this year.
They are now looking for a Contracts Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months of experience to join their team and help drive the expansion of their contract division.
This is an opportunity to work alongside two highly experienced, high-performing directors, benefiting from their expertise and an award-winning Learning & Development (L&D) programme.
The Role: Contracts Recruitment Consultant
This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong foundation in contract recruitment who wants to work in a more start-up type environment where there's a lot more flexibility.
Develop and manage relationships with contractors across the tech space
Build and expand a network of clients hiring contract tech talent across the UK & Europe
Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, onboarding, and contractor care
Work closely with experienced directors and learn from a proven, high-performance leadership team

Who They’re Looking For
At least 12 months of recruitment experience, ideally in contracts
A strong understanding of contract recruitment and the fast-paced nature of the market
Ambitious and driven – motivated to develop a successful desk in tech recruitment
Confident communicator – able to build strong relationships with both clients and contractors
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
