About the Role
You’ll provide day-to-day support across international sites, ensuring that software, hardware, and digital applications run smoothly. Working with colleagues at all levels, you’ll resolve incidents, improve processes, and help enhance overall IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide software and hardware support to end users
*
Respond to Service Desk tickets and resolve within agreed SLAs
*
Support improvements to Helpdesk KPIs
*
Assist in enhancing system and hardware efficiency
*
Engage with stakeholders across all levels
*
Deliver training and guidance on new solutions
*
Assist with the administration and development of digital applications
*
Liaise with vendors and customers when required
*
Maintain documentation, training guides, and user knowledge
*
Collaborate closely with global IT teams
*
Continue advancing your own technical skills through learning and development
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience in IT support or service desk roles with solid 1st Line skills and ideally a smattering of 2nd Line.
*
GCSE-level education plus general IT/technology qualifications
*
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*
Strong customer service mindset
*
Experience with incident/change management
*
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
*
Strong documentation and process-improvement skills
*
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
*
Experience with application administration (desirable).
