Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Manage commercial projects from inception through to completion
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
* Produce construction drawings using Revit
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience is desirable
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
