The firm is open to Individuals with at least 3 year’s experience in Conveyancing. They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 annum depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancer: Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and mortgage agreements related to property transactions. Confirm compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and industry standards. Resolve issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process. About you as a Conveyancer: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
