The Opportunity: Focusing on MRO Contracts
We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager to focus primarily on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) contracts. You will be instrumental in managing the entire commercial lifecycle, from initial bid and negotiation through to contract execution and close-out.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing and leading the submission of compelling quotations for Maintenance activities.
* Drafting and negotiating robust contract agreements and managing amendments, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.
* Managing the full execution of MRO contracts, ensuring strict adherence to internal standards and compliance.
* Collaborating seamlessly with technical and business functions, including Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, and Finance.
* Reporting on contractual performance and contributing to continuous improvement in commercial methodology.
What You Bring
You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for achieving technical and commercial excellence within the Aviation Industry.
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in a commercial or contract management role with strong commercial acumen.
* In-depth understanding of the MRO environment, including Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations.
* Demonstrable experience in leading complex contract negotiations and managing contract profitability.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
