We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team, providing high-quality support to our clients in East Leake and surrounding villages inc but not limited to Wymeswold, Burton on the Wolds, Hoton, Rempstone.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Supporting with mobility and physical needs
* Administering medication as required
* Promoting independence and emotional well-being
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns
What We're Looking For:
* A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach
* Must be willing to do a mixture of AM & afternoon shifts along with alternative weekends.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level)
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings
