As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be leading a mission-driven regional sales and clinical team that improves surgical outcomes, driving innovation that reduces Surgical Site Infection rates using specialist in incision focussed medical technology at the cutting edge of the therapy. This is a Home Counties, East Anglia, East Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
* Managing regional sales and clinical teams; responsible for shaping innovative sales strategy, implementing investment strategies and delivering regional sales growth.
* Building long-term partnerships with hospitals and KOLs; pivotal in delivering system changes proposals and securing complex framework agreements.
* Working cross-functionally with System Transformation and UKI Specialist Teams to shape regional strategy, delivering exceptional results.
* Monthly reporting to the Sales Director.
* Focussing on VBH / Health Economic outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven surgical sales experience into the NHS.
* First-line sales management; committed to coaching and developing high-performing teams.
* Complex stakeholder negotiations.
* Ability to influence at senior levels; with growth mindset and collaborative approach.
* NPWT knowledge and experience is advantageous.
* Full valid driving licence.
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
