TRIBE are on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand marketing and support TRIBE’s fast growth in 2025 and beyond. You’ll be joining a key member of a team of 12 and lead on all aspects of TRIBE brand marketing as we scale towards £10m revenues.
Inspired by a 1,000 mile run to fight modern slavery, TRIBE are the UK's fastest-growing Natural Energy brand and growing 40% YoY. We have ambitious plans to invest and continue this growth over the next 5 years following investment from Mercia Ventures and Yeo Valley Ventures.
TRIBE's Natural Energy snacks and shakes are receiving rave reviews from customers and are listed in Tesco, Co-Op, Sainsbury’s, WHSmith, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods and 1000s of distribution points across Europe. Since launch in 2015, tens of thousands of the TRIBE community have taken part in TRIBE events, helping raise over £2.5m for the TRIBE Freedom Foundation, our sister charity.
About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager to take on responsibility for brand marketing. The position would suit an ambitious brand marketer with 5+ years experience who is driven, motivated, and target-driven. It's a great opportunity to learn and advance your skills in a leadership role across all growth channels in a fast-growing business. The role would be based at TRIBE HQ in Oval and join a fast-growing team of 12.
Key Responsibilities
The role will be challenging and varied and include:
* Brand Planning and Execution, including Seasonal Marketing Activations and NPD Launches
* Managing Brand Assets (inc. Canva, Google Drive, Brand Bible, Brand Guidelines)
* Content Creation across multiple platforms
* Managing Social Channels (inc. TikTok social agency) and PR
* Partnerships and Influencer Activity
* Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, the Head of Growth (who leads on digital growth) and the TRIBE Freedom Foundation Head of Community.
Must Haves
* 5+ years experience in a brand / marketing role - we’ll take passion and an eagerness to learn over experience every day of the week.
* A proactive attitude in coming up with solutions rather than simply presenting problems.
* Loaded with the drive and ambition to join us in grafting hard to build a great business.
* A good, fun, team player, who is looking for a challenge!
* Proven experience leading cross-channel campaigns from idea through to execution
* Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
* Demonstrated strong project managing skills: ability to balance priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
